School Switch
School Switch was created as a way of simplifying the transfer of core information from Primary Schools to Secondary Schools prior to the Year 6 to Year 7 transfer.Typically, this might have been done using an Excel Spreadsheet emailed to individual feeder schools.
This would then mean that a staff member at the Secondary School would have to collate all of this information and produce one single spreadsheet. Analysing this and producing meaningful charts would then also have to be done. This is all very time-consuming, at a time of the academic year when it is very busy and everyone is very tired!
That is where School Switch is here to help. One single WebApp where Feeder Schools can log in and add all of their pupil details. Secondary Schools can view this information in real-time as well as viewing predefined and custom charts and tables. Secondary Schools can upload pupil names prior to sharing with Feeder Schools. Feeder Schools can only view the data for their own schools, meaning that there are no GPDR issues.

Features
Web-Based Access
No need for any installation of apps, School Switch is accessible from any web-browser on any PC, mobile or tablet.
Bulk Upload of Data
Secondary schools can bulk upload pupil data, such as pupil names and Primary Schools through School Switch to save administration time.
Export data
Exporting data is easy and can be in a selection of different file formats, meaning that getting data out of School Switch and into your own school documents is easy to do.
Easy Navigation
Navigation around the app is easy using the top menu. The system is intuitive to use and full training can be provided.
Reduces Workload
Because all of the data that is entered by feeder schools is entered in real-time into the app, there is little or no work that needs to be done by the Secondary school.
Data charts and tables are automatically produced, leaving schools with time to analyse the data, instead of having to spend time collating, processing, and producing charts and tables.
Individual logins
Each school has its own individual login. Secondary schools can view all data from all schools. Primary schools can only view the data for their school pupils.

Beautiful Charts
The predefined charts are all bar charts. However, these can easily be changed to a different type of chart, depending on your preference.
