Vulnerable Children

Tracking vulnerable children in school was very difficult. None of the MIS that we looked at tracked vulnerable children. The leader for vulnerable children was using Microsoft Excel to track pupils using Birmingham's Right Help Right time framework. When information was needed for governors' meetings, they were manually counting cells to get the data they needed - a very arduous task! Excel wasn't the best tool to use for this task, a database was needed to ensure that information could be updated easily and provide a simple way to produce data.
I didn't use Power Apps for this, instead, I created an app that would provide more options to present data pictorially for easy reading by governors.
As well as providing information on vulnerable children, it was used to track any interventions that children received.
