SharePoint Site

The problem that needed solving was trying to ensure good communication across a large primary school. Things could be communicated by email, but these often got lost in the deluge of daily emails.
The solution was to create a SharePoint site, as they are a great way to improve communication and share information easily. A SharePoint site is essentially an intranet that only invited people can view or edit. It meant that information and files/documents that staff needed to access were in one convenient place. Staff found it easier to organise documents than they could on OneDrive and subject leaders could access planning documents without having to ask class teachers for them or to have to have them shared through OneDrive.
