Pupil Transfer

This app was created for a consortium of schools to overcome the issues around pupil transfer from Primary to Secondary schools. The challenge was to create a way that was simple for Primary schools to complete and met the information needs of the schools that were receiving the pupils.

Each school has its own login credentials and can only see their data, although the receiving school can see all the data for the pupils joining their schools from all of the feeder schools.
